By commissioning me you agree to the Terms of Service

Initial Commission

Once a commission has been agreed upon, any major changes to the line art MUST be made BEFORE the commission enters the coloring phase.
Once the Line art is approved, a down payment* will be requested. This is to ensure that the commission will be completed and paid for. The remainder of the payment will be requested once the commission is finished.

*Down payment will be half of the total cost of the commission.*

Payment

Currently only accepting payments through PayPal.

All payments must be sent as Goods & Services.

*Payment types accepted are USD, if paying in another currency, please make sure to convert it to USD.

Refunds

Full refunds will be given under these circumstances, which may include but is not limited to;
- Artist unable to complete commission due to health, or emergencies.
- If requested during the sketch/line art phase.

Partial refunds will be given if requested before the coloring phase. The partial refund will be the remaining amount of cost for the commission after the down payment.
Partial refunds will not be given after the commission is past the coloring phase and has been approved, as that is time and work already made towards the commission.

*The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, and give a full refund.

Terms of Use

By commissioning me you agree to the following Terms of Use.

You may NOT at anytime attempt to resell the art you have commissioned.
If you wish to use commissioned art on personal pages or for advertisement you MUST credit Aviaria.
Do NOT claim as your own drawn art.
Art work usage is for private use only, NOT commercial use.

Updates and Changes

Terms are subject to change, as this is a trial and error, however we will be sure to make notes of what is changed, as well as the dates they were added or changed.

*If the ToS are update while a commission is in progress, then the commission will still be held under the previous ToS, unless very specific or special circumstances are presented.
